It was just before the release of Dear Comrade, starring Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna, B-town’s most loved director-producer Karan Johar announced that he would he remake Dear Comrade in Hindi. At the 2019 IFFI in Goa, Vijay Deverakonda mentioned about his Bollywood debut. He was quoted as saying, “You will get love with drama and action. No thriller as it will become a khichdi. I’ll make it soon,” reports BollywoodLife. Meanwhile, the next project that Vijay has in his kitty is titled World Famous Lover. It also features Raashi Khanna, Aishwarya Rajesh, Catherine Tresa and Izabelle Leite. The film would be directed by Kranthi Madhav, who has earlier helmed films such as Onamalu, Malli Malli Idhi Rani Roju and Ungarala Rambabu.
