Sidharth Shukla was a prominent figure in Hindi television and Indian entertainment. Beginning his career as a model, he made history in 2005 by becoming the first Asian to win the World's Best Model contest in Turkey. He made his acting debut in 2008 with the television show Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na.  Shukla earned widespread acclaim for his portrayal of Shivraj Shekhar in the hit drama series Balika Vadhu.

He later made his Bollywood debut alongside Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt in the 2014 romantic comedy Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania.  His career reached new heights with reality television. After winning Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 in 2016, Shukla participated in Bigg Boss 13 (2019–2020).
