The intense brawl ignited from a contentious discussion involving Qazi Touqeer and Scout OP (Tanmay Singh). Reports indicate that Qazi had allegedly spat in Scout's ear and was later heard boasting about the incident to other housemates, including Gullu and Mahhi Vij. Wildcard contestant Nakul Dhull, who entered the house on October 11, 2026, overheard Qazi's comments and promptly informed Scout.

Visibly upset, Mahhi was also heard admonishing Nakul, questioning his actions: "Haath kaise uthaya? Haath uthane aaya hai yahan pe? Maarega logon ko? Maarega?" She further demanded, "Feko isko bahar, throw him out."
