Today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik (Mohsin Khan) thinking about what Mihir and the clients said about him, just then he sees Suhasini and asks her what she wants. Suhasini tells him not to act in front of her and tells him that she knows he loves Naira (Shivangi Joshi) so much that he cannot see anything and says this award was his which was given to Naira. Mihir introduces Naira to all the clients and media people. There Suhasini tells let us go home, Kartik says let Naira finish her work then we can go. As Kartik goes to ask Naira when she will be free, Mihir comes and tells Naira she has to wait long as she has to finish the designs. Kartik comes and tells everyone that Naira will be late and they should go home and leaves a message on Naira’s phone saying they are leaving and he left one driver with a car so that she can come home later.

Meanwhile there Naira sees the message and wonders why all of them went, outside as Kartik sits in his car, Naira comes in and asks why he was going home without her and tells sorry as she herself did not know that she will get the award but Kartik tells it is not her fault and that she is one of the best designers so she got it and tells her to forget everything and be happy.

In the night while Naira and Kartik are going to sleep, Kartik again thinks about the same things which Suhasini was telling, just then Naira gets messages on her mobile and she gets busy in her work. Next day morning, Naira gets a call and comes to know that there is an urgent meeting and tells Kartik that she has to go for the meeting and leaves.

There Sahil shows everyone Naira’s magazine, all are happy except Suhasini. Sahil shows Kartik also, he feels very happy seeing this. Just then Naira comes and sees her magazine and takes blessings from Manish and Swarna. There Kaveri tells Kirti to check Lachi’s phone as she feels something suspicious about her. Kirti tells she will try, just then Lachi comes and brings a dress which she herself made. Kirti tells Lachi to put the dress to Krish and she goes from there. Lachi seeing Kirti has gone video calls someone and shows the whole house.

Their Suhasini on coming to know that Naira has to go out of town for her work gets angry and tells that she cannot go, Kartik gets furious and ask why she cannot go, Suhasini tells as she is the daughter-in-law of this family and his wife and that she will not give permission to go out. Kartik tells that this is not a valid reason and he will not listen to her and send Naira to do her work.

In the precap, Kartik comes to know that Mihir has talked to the client to give him work, Naira says she told him to, Kartik gets wild hearing this and shouts at her as he does not need her help for anything.
