During the briefing on Thursday, September 24, Dipke remarked: "If within 48 hours Gyanesh Kumar doesn’t resign, the Cockroach Janata Party will start a nationwide agitation. We won’t step back till the time Gyanesh Kumar resigns." He further alleged that recent administrative measures have effectively allowed authorities to dictate voter eligibility rather than letting citizens freely choose their representatives.
