An old pictures of "mistranslated" airport sign has gone viral again. The English translation of a Hindi message reads: "Eating carpet is strictly prohibited". Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has clarified that the image was morphed.

It resurfaced in 2019. AAI had pointed this out even then.
