After much anticipation, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the exam result for Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 2 today, October 25, 2019. Candidates who appeared in the recruitment exam can check the scores available on the official website; ssc.nic.in. It shall be noted here that the SSC CGL Tier-II result 2018-19 is also available on the regional SSC websites. About 19.18 lakh candidates appeared for the Multi-Tasking (non-technical) or MTS staff examination Tier I, while around 1.5 lakh candidates wrote the CGL Tier II exam. How to Check SSC MTS, CGL Tier-II Result 2018-19?
- Visit the official website of SSC.
- On the homepage, you will find the CGL Tier-II or MTS result link. Click on that.
- A PDF file will appear on the screen that will have the list of shortlisted candidates for the next stage SSC CGL Tier III exam.
- Check, download and take a print out of the same for future reference.
SSC MTS and CGL Tier II Result 2018-19 Declared: What’s Next?
For SSC CGL recruitment, candidates who qualified the Tier II exam will next appear in the Tier 3 examination. The SSC CGL Tier III exam will be a descriptive paper and would be conducted in an offline mode. The question paper will be of 100 marks and candidates will get 60 minutes to answer them. For SSC MTS, the shortlisted candidates will now appear in the SSC MTS Tier II exam that is scheduled to be conducted on November 24, 2019.
SSC CGL Tier 2 exams were held across 326 venues in 21 shifts across the nation. The marks scored by the candidates will be normalised as per the formula published by the candidates in February, 2019.
