New Delhi, May 7: In another incident of brutality, a visually impaired girl was allegedly raped by four men in the national capital. According to a tweet by new agency ANI, the brutal incident took place near Desh Bandhu Gupta road in Delhi on May 4.

Reports inform that Police has arrested an accused after the victim identified him with his voice. The relative of the victim said, “She told me there were four men involved. Only one has been arrested”.

In another similar incident, a 16-year old girl was raped and set on fire in Pakur's Kankarbona in Jharkhand. The victim has been admitted to West Bengal's Malda Hospital. In wake of the deadly incident, Pakur's Dist Collector & SP said that Rs 20000 has been provided to her family as immediate aid and the administration will provide help for her treatment. Reports inform that the accused has been arrested and a case has been registered into the matter.

Another similar incident of rape has been reported from Madhya Pradesh. The Ashta police in Sehore district of the state have registered a case of rape against two local BJP workers and arrested one of them. According to a report by PTI, Raja Ram (35) was arrested on Sunday, 6 May for allegedly raping a 28-year-old woman repeatedly for the last two years, Ashta Sub Divisional Officer of Police G P Agrawal said. Ram's friend Mukesh Thakur (32), also accused of raping the woman, was absconding, he said. Thakur is a local representative of BJP MP Manohar Untwal.
