Pune MHADA Lottery 2026: Key Schedule and Important Dates
For applicants completing the Earnest Money Deposit payment via RTGS or NEFT, MHADA confirmed that transactions will be accepted up to official banking hours on September 16, 2026.
Following the closure of the application window, the provisional list of accepted applications will be published on the official MHADA website at 7 pm on September 29, 2026. The final list of eligible candidates will be published at 7 pm on October 8, 2026, ahead of the live computerised lottery draw scheduled for 11 am on October 13, 2026.
Property Locations Across PMC and PCMC
According to the official listing on MHADA's portal, the apartments are spread across key residential hubs. Within PMC limits, homes are available in locations including Manjari Khurd, Mhalunge, Bhugaon, Dhanori, Warje, Katraj, Hadapsar, Pashan, Kharadi, Baner, Dhayari, Lohegaon, Bibwewadi, Mundhwa, Undri, Wadgaon, Bavdhan, and Kondhwa Khurd.
Additionally, several housing units are located within PCMC limits, covering areas such as Moshi, Kiwale, Dudulgaon, Tathawade, Wakad, Chikhali, Ravet, Punawale, Balewadi, Rahatani, Vadmukhwadi, Manurdi, Pimple Saudagar, and Pimple Gurav.
Eligibility Criteria and Income Limits
The current lottery offers housing inventory tailored for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) categories. Under MHADA guidelines, the annual family income ceiling for the EWS category is capped at βΉ6 lakh, while the LIG category permits an annual family income of up to INR 9 lakh.
Applicants must provide income proof covering the period from August 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, using an Income Tax Return (ITR) or an official income certificate issued by a tehsildar. For married applicants, the combined income of both husband and wife is evaluated to determine overall eligibility.
