Possible Source Under Review
According to reports, the pilots had breakfast in a hotel lounge in Hyderabad but drank bottled water sourced from an external company rather than the hotel itself. All three filed Air Safety Reports and were asked to provide samples so doctors could try to identify the source of the illness.
