Bulandshahr, May 25: Three children of the same family have been found dead in Bulandshahr, which have led to the spread of rumours across the region. The deceased went missing from a wedding ceremony earlier in the week. In the wee hours of Saturday, their bodies were retrieved from a tubewell in Salempur.

An inquiry has been launched by the district police to crackdown on perpetrators of the crime. Action has also been taken against the constable and SHO Salempur police station for failing to act timely on the missing complaint filed by the parents of deceased.

"A constable and SHO have been suspended. Four teams are working on the case. Strictest action will be taken in the case," Senior Superintendent of Police N Kolanchi said.
