How The Incident Unfolded
According to eyewitnesses, the incident took place around 3 pm near Gyan Khand Park-1. The victim had just exited the park through an iron gate when he suddenly collapsed into accumulated rainwater.
A transformer is located close to the gate, and residents suspect electricity leaked into the standing water, leading to electrocution.
