Multiple videos going viral on social media show maggots and mealworms being placed on the banquet tables of the hotel. Besides, the pro-Palestine protestors also released crickets on several floors of the hotel, which caused the fire alarm to get activated for nearly 30 minutes. The incident was confirmed by a pro-Palestinian organization who shared a video online. They said that their actions were meant to ensure that there would be no rest for Israeli PM Netanyahu and the Congress.
