The fire department received information about the blaze at approximately 1:45 p.m. after thick plumes of black smoke were spotted rising from the iconic venue. Fire safety officials quickly dispatched six fire engines, bringing the flames under control within 45 minutes. Police and emergency response teams cordoned off the immediate area to secure the perimeter during the operation. According to preliminary reports, the fire originated near the front of the structure, where flammable thermocol insulation and a large quantity of abandoned stage equipment and scrap material were stored. Fire Officer Naresh Kumar confirmed that the facility was completely empty at the time of the incident.

Local authorities have launched an official investigation to ascertain the exact cause of the blaze. Technical inspections and a cooling-off operation are currently underway at the site.
