According to official sources, Dhakad, originally from Gangapur City, was living in Jaipur under the name Khadija after undergoing an online conversion guided by a Pakistan-based cleric. Preliminary forensic examinations of her electronic devices revealed she was communicating with several foreign contacts, including numbers linked to senior JeM operatives. Investigators stated that Dhakad was allegedly radicalized online via social media platforms, including Facebook and WhatsApp. The FIR notes she was in close communication with a handler identified as Abu Ubaidah, who was reportedly grooming her for a mission and encouraging her to travel to Pakistan via alternative international routes. Officials are currently investigating her digital footprint for potential recruitment and funding activities.
