Exchange of Fire
According to the Army's Chinar Corps, troops noticed suspicious movement while conducting the search operation. The suspected terrorists opened fire after being challenged, prompting security forces to retaliate. An exchange of gunfire followed, during which one terrorist was killed. The Army subsequently recovered an AK rifle along with other war-like stores from the area.
