Neighbours expressed shock over his arrest, stating they had never witnessed any signs of aggressive behaviour from him. “He never showed any violent streak," one neighbour remarked. His uncle, Udayram, also stated that the family is struggling to comprehend the heavy allegations levelled against him. Chaudhary's legal representation has similarly downplayed the intimacy of the connection between the two co-accused.
