How The Kolhapur MSRTC Accident Happened
According to the police account, Chavan had finished his assigned work near a ramp inside the workshop and was returning when Maner was moving a bus for repair work.
As the bus was driven over the ramp, Chavan came under its front wheel. The wheel ran over him, causing fatal injuries. Other workshop employees noticed what had happened and shouted, prompting Maner to stop the bus. However, Chavan had already died from his injuries.
