Kolkata, August 28: In a shocking reminder to the Robinson Street case, which most people in the city are familiar with, here comes a new one, where a mentally unstable sister was living with the dead body of her brother for days. According to a Times of India report, a 70-year-old retired advocate passed away around three days in his residence at Narendrapur. The man was reportedly staying with his 65-year-old mentally unstable sister. On preliminary examination, the man seems to have died a natural death and since the medical condition of his sister was not well, she didn't alert the people in the neighbourhood.

However, the housekeeping employees had heard her recently saying recently that there is a body inside her room, can someone please take it out. They, however, ignored what the woman said and left from the place. People in the neighbourhood complained that they were a strange family and mostly kept to themselves and hardly interacted with anyone.

The infamous Robinson Street skeleton case in Kolkata, where Partha De, a 43-year-old man spent months with a dead body of his sister and skeletons of dogs in James Long Sarani in Kolkata. The charred body of a 77-year-old man, his father was found inside one of the bathrooms in the house.  Partha De, the reclusive software engineer who abandoned his flourishing IT career in Bangalore after his mother's death.
