New Delhi, December 28: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday will address the nation through the 60th edition of Mann Ki Baat. This will be the last episode of Mann Ki Baat for the year 2019. In the episode PM Modi is expected to speak on a recap of the happening of the year and might thank the people of India for voting back to Bharatiya Janata Party at Centre once again.

PM Modi has invited ideas from various sections of the society to share their comments and views on the functioning of his government, like the way he does before every episode. This time he is supposed to speak on Supreme Court judgment on Ram Mandir, Citizenship Amendment Act, Chandrayaan-2 among others. Apart from this, he might recall the valour of Indian Air Force's strike in Balakot and issues related with abrogation of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. It is expected that PM Modi might wish people a 'Happy New Year' and 'Merry Christmas'. He might also remember late Arun Jaitley, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Some even expect PM can speak on the economic issues, which are becoming the discussing point between every citizens.

Earlier, in the 59th edition of Mann Ki Baat had hailed the patience, restraint and maturity displayed by the people after the Supreme Court delivered its verdict in the Ayodhya case. He had also mentioned the upcoming Constitution Day on November 26 and touched upon the importance of protecting indigenous languages.

Pm Modi's radio program Mann Ki Baat is Prime Minister Narendra Modi and is broadcasted on All India Radio, DD National, DD News and DD Bharti. The regional versions of the Mann ki Baat would be broadcast soon after main address by Akashvani. Listeners can also give a miss call on 1922 to hear Mann ki Baat on their mobiles.
