Gwalior, December 11: In a shocking incident, a 22-year-old man drank acid from his friend's bag mistaking it to be water as he was so engrossed in playing PUBG game in train. According to a Times of India report, the man died before medical help could arrive.

The deceased Saurav Yadav was travelling on a train to Agra with his friend. His friend was carrying acid in his bag because he was a jeweller and he needed it to polish and clean the pieces of jewellery. Yadav was so engrossed in the game, that he took out the acid bottle from his friend's bag and drank it mistaking it to be water. Yadav's family have accused his friend of giving the acid deliberately. In a similar incident that took place in the state, that a boy picked up a bottle of acid instead of water and drank it. He was however lucky and survived. There has been a tremendous rise in the number of accidents or casualties that have taken place while people were engrossed in playing the addictive PUBG game.
