Sonipat Pit Bull Attack: 6-Month-Old Baby Mauled by Dog, Shocking Video Shows Infant Dragged On Road

A six-month-old baby was left critically injured after a pit bull attacked her in Haryana's Sonipat, with the disturbing incident captured on CCTV. The attack took place in Sikka Colony when the baby's aunt had taken her out for a walk. The footage showed the dog suddenly lunging at the woman as she carried the infant in her arms.

The impact caused the woman and baby to fall to the ground. The pit bull then grabbed the baby and dragged her along the road, refusing to release her even as people nearby tried to intervene. The infant suffered serious injuries and was referred to a hospital in Rohtak, where her condition is reportedly critical.

The Sonipat incident has also brought back attention to similar attacks involving pit bulls.
