The latest data indicates that the southwest monsoon has successfully advanced into the remaining parts of Gujarat and additional areas of Rajasthan and Haryana. The IMD notes that atmospheric conditions are highly favorable for the system to finalize its coverage over the remaining northwest pockets within the week. Active monsoon conditions are projected to persist over most parts of the country for the next three to four days.
