Now that we know that the beautiful Miss World 2019, Toni Ann Singh is beautiful inside-out and supremely talented. Miss World 2019 Winner Name is Toni-Ann Singh, Miss Jamaica; Miss France, Ophely Mezino and Miss India, Suman Rao Declared 1st and 2nd Runner-Up at 69th Annual Miss World Competition.
