She further continues: “I would starve myself, I would constantly diet and I wold HATE what my reflection entailed. I finally realised that HATING what society deemed ‘unattractive’ was pushing me further and further into a deep hole of depression, anxiety and misery.” Her post reflects what our society expects and how a certain body type is more accepted than the other. She encourages everyone to ‘believe in the power of loving your flaws’.

In the other post, she writes that she has previously been called terms like 'cottage cheese', 'thunder thighs', 'old butt'. And over the years she has learnt to ignore all the negative words spoken against her. She says, "Once you let go, you let go of the hurtful words that people try to place on your life. You can be FREE. Learn to accept yourself so even if someone dislikes you or your body you DONT give them any power. No one should feel like they don’t have the power to be who they want, to wear what they want! To DO what they want! So show off your cellulite, show off your curves and LIVE FREE!"

“Once you start to appreciate and embrace those stretch marks, that cellulite, those lumps and bumps, that tub. Only then will you see how beautiful life can be. You will be unstoppable. An amazing force of LOVE!” she explains. Our body deserves to be loved and we should feel free to wear what we want without feeling ashamed of how our body looks. The most important thing is to believe in your beauty and embracing all the flaws that come with it.
