Azharuddin (29) was arrested in Telangana for drowning his pregnant wife and two daughters in a swimming pool to marry a minor relative and seek a male heir. Investigation revealed a history of forced abortions and illegal sex-determination. Nine others, including his family and medical staff, were also arrested. Two doctors remain at large.
