The FNPO has submitted a memorandum to the 8th Pay Commission demanding an INR 1.12 lakh basic salary for postman and a 3.83 fitment factor. Key proposals include a 6 per cent annual increment, 12 days of menstrual leave, and five guaranteed promotions. The commission is set to meet with unions in New Delhi from April 28-30.
