People seem to have been getting over the idea of marrying humans these days. Last time, it was someone getting married to a pizza who went viral, this time a woman, more precisely a former Page 3 model got married to her 6-year-old Golden Retriever on live TV after going on "221 unsuccessful dates." Believe it or not, the 49-year-old woman known as Elizabeth Hoad from Ascot married her dog on ITV's This Morning today and it is driving the internet crazy! She apparently went on 221 dates and after getting fed up of those dates she chose to finally get married to her pet labrador, Logan. Hoad had been known to have flings with Seve Ballesteros and James Hunt. They had a proper ceremony on TV as the two were pronounced "woman and dog" by Alison Hammond and their ceremony included guests Ruth and Eamonn Holmes. Love Island fame Kem was the best man, while Elizabeth promised to Logan: "All that I have in my doggy treat cupboard I promise to give to you".

Elizabeth also explained on the TV show, the story of how she rescued the puppy and also confessed her love for the four-legged-animal. She said: "I found the one and I adore him. I rescued him a year ago today after I was unlucky in love on 221 dates. He had a traumatic first four years being locked and beaten in the utility cupboard. He's saved me and I've saved him. I was a broken woman when my last dog died."
