The much-anticipated, 91st Academy Awards 2019 is here and has already rolled out some of its winners. This year's gig that is happening at the Dolby Theatre, formerly known as the Kodak Theatre, on Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles has a lot to expect from. And setting our priorities right, we cannot wait for the Oscar 2019 memes to go viral! Well, to start with, this year Oscars is going host-less and the buzz around the no-host Oscars 2019 began doing the rounds on the internet following an official announcement from the Academy Awards after Kevin Hart stepped down as host of the Oscars in the wake of a backlash over his previous homophobic comments and tweets. And for the first time in 30 years, we are seeing Oscars 2019 roll out without a host and is doing pretty far so well. We hope we get some meme-worthy moments from the presenters may be? While obviously, we want to see who wins but, since the past few Oscars, the internet is obsessed with popular moments from the Academy Awards to *honestly* laugh at! Here are a few memes from the past Academy awards to leave you ROFLing.

On a little serious note, the evening looks promising; however, the Academy has also already caused an uproar because of its announcement that four categories – Cinematography, Editing, Live Action Short and Makeup & Hairstyling – would be handed out during the commercial breaks. Moreover, no special award has been announced for this year’s ceremony as yet.
