Alena Kravchenko, 33, from Ukraine hasn’t cut her hair in 28 years and is literally a real-life Rapunzel. Alena’s hair is around two metres long and her last hair cut was when she was 5 years old. “There is nothing more beautiful in the world than a woman with natural, flowing hair,” says Alena as reported by Oddity Central. Although her long hair is problematic at times, she is convinced that she will never trim her hair. Alena is a successful businesswoman and mother to six-year-old twins, Valeria and Miroslava. Russian Woman With Rapunzel Hair Once Suffered From Baldness! View Stunning Pics of Her Hair.

Alena’s hair had started touching the floor in her early 30s and that’s when she began tripping on it. Also, with her twins getting older, it has become even more problematic as they love to play with it so, Alena started tying it up in a bun and leaves her tresses down only on weekends and for special occasions. As reported in Daily Mail, Alena says, “I love my precious long hair and love taking care of it. But I don’t wash it very often because I think that products are not good for it and can make it thinner and can stunt at its growth.” She further adds, “I like to be natural and the natural oils in your hair are what is best for it and help to preserve its glossiness.”

Alena also revealed that she likes the attention she gets when she lets her hair down and says she will never get rid of the length as it is her identity. She loves being compared to fairy tale heroine Rapunzel. She says, “I usually like to keep my hair tied up in a bun, but when I let it down it does attract a lot of attention and people often take photographs and call me Rapunzel, which for me is great honour. I think it makes me stand out and makes me unique, so, I’m very happy if that’s how people see me.”

But after he had got over the surprise, he saw how unusual and beautiful it was.”
