Uday Kotak Resigns as MD and CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank, Dipak Gupta Takes Interim Charge

In a notification to exchanges on September 2, Kotak Mahindra Bank announced that Uday Kotak has resigned as managing director and chief executive officer with immediate effect from September 1, 2023. However, the bank stated Kotak will continue to serve as a non-executive director. On December 31, 2023, Uday Kotak's term as the bank's managing director was scheduled to come to an end.
