Nivin Pauly's name was the latest one to feature in the ongoing wave of sexual assault accusations in the Malayalam industry in the wake of the Hema Committee Report. On Tuesday, a case was filed at the Onnukal Police against the Premam star and five others, accusing them of sexual assault. Just a few hours after the reports went viral, the Mollywood star reacted to it and called it "fake". Taking to his X (previously Twitter) handle, the actor wrote, "I have come across a false news report accusing me of abusing a girl. Please know that this is entirely untrue. I'm determined to go any extent to prove these allegations are baseless and will take all necessary steps to bring those responsible to light. Thank you for your concern.
