Veteran actress Asha Sharma, known for her roles in numerous TV shows and films, has sadly passed away at the age of 88. Her health had declined following several falls over the past year. On August 25, the sad news was announced by CINTAA (Cine and TV Artistes Association) on X. Sharma was a significant figure in television, with memorable appearances in television shows such as Kumkum Bhagya, Mann Ki Awaz Pratigya, and Ek Aur Mahabharat. She was in Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Rajkumar, Khanna & Iyer, 1920 and last seen in Adipurush alongside Prabhas and Kriti Sanon.
