A video has surfaced on social media showing a man allegedly subjecting a dog to cruelty and forcing it to consume alcohol in Uttar Pradesh's Baghpat. The man was later arrested after the video of the incident went viral. In the video, the youth can be seen torturing a dog and forcibly making it drink an intoxicating substance from a liquor bottle.
