In the latest development in the murder case of Md Anwarul Azim Anar, the West Bengal police on Friday, May 24, recovered CCTV footage from the apartment in Kolkata where the Bangladesh MP was last seen with his friend. A senior police official said that the initial probe revealed that one of Bangladesh MP Anwarul Azim Anar's friends had paid around Rs 5 crore to kill the neighbouring country’s parliamentarian. Another video has surfaced, which showed two hitmen allegedly leaving with their luggage after killing Anwarul Azim Anar at an apartment in Kolkata's New Town area.
