In a heart-wrenching incident, a sister had to say a final goodbye to her elder brother on the holy festival of Raksha Bandhan. The woman tied Rakhi to the brother's wrist for the last time as she cried her heart out. The incident occurred in Telangana's Peddapally district. As per the reports, the deceased, fondly called Anna, died of a sudden heart attack.
