Vaishnaw emphasised the importance of the third term of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, noting that it focuses on continuity with change through numerous decisions aimed at farmers' welfare. He further mentioned that with this latest decision, farmers are expected to receive around Rs 2 lakh crore as MSP.
