Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra writes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging him to declare the natural calamity triggered due to the floods and landslides in Himachal Pradesh as a National Disaster. The monsoon-ravaged state of Himachal Pradesh, which has seen over 400 fatalities since it began, welcomed Vadra on Tuesday for a daylong visit.
