The accused man, identified as Kishan, was arrested after the video of the incident went viral on social media. The incident occurred at Sanskruti Lok Colony, located on the Haridwar bypass in Dehradun. The video showed the man on scooty touching a woman inappropriately as he rode past her. What's more shocking is that the woman was walking with her child when the accused harassed her.
