Authorities in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, successfully busted a major adulteration racket following a raid on a godown that led to the recovery of over 500 cartons of counterfeit Fortune refined oil. The operation, conducted by a joint team of the local police and the Food Safety and Drug Administration (FSDA), revealed that the facility was being used to package low-quality edible oil into containers bearing the forged branding and logos of the popular Adani Wilmar brand. A video of the incident has also surfaced online.
