The Jammu and Kashmir police issued an advisory on Monday, July 22, after the terrorist organisation Jaish-e-Mohammed released a 5-minute, 55-second video. The police said Jaish released a video featuring the poster of the Bollywood movie Phantom and Saif Ali Khan's photo. The Jammu and Kashmir police asked local residents not to forward the video to anyone and to report the incident if they received the video from any person. Officials also said that forwarding such video is an offence under sections 13 and 18 of UAPA.
