The Supreme Court on Tuesday, September 26 permitted the key accused in Lakhimpur Kheri violence case Ashish Mishra to visit and stay in a Delhi hospital to take care of his ailing mother and get medical treatment of his daughter. The apex court asked Ashish Mishra not to take part in any public function or address media in connection with the case.
