A female teacher was brutally attacked by a Class 12 student on February 5, after she reportedly objected to his repeated harassment in Uttar Pradesh's Mainpuri. According to police and CCTV footage from the school, the student cornered the teacher and, in a fit of rage, physically assaulted her and bit off a portion of her lips, causing severe bleeding and facial trauma. The victim was immediately rushed to a local hospital for emergency treatment while school authorities alerted the police.
