Mumbai local train services are expected to be affected on the Central, Harbour, and Western lines due to a mega block scheduled for Sunday, September 29, 2024. The Western Railway has announced that to facilitate the construction of the 6th line between Goregaon and Kandivali stations, a block will be implemented on the UP and DOWN Fast lines, as well as the 5th line. The block will take place from 12:00 am to 10:00 am on the UP fast line, 12:45 am to 5:00 am on the DOWN fast line, and 12:00 am to 5:00 am on the 5th line. There will be no block on Transharbour and Uran line.
