Several people were stuck at Passport Seva Kendra across India, including offices in Mumbai, Pune, Patna and other cities. Applicants complained the servers at Passport Seva Kendra offices have been down and they are being asked to reschedule the appointments. One user tagged External Minister of India Dr S Jaishankar and said the passport seva servers are down and its chaos in Pune. "Some of us cannot reschedule. Please have this looked into and help ensure those who had appointments today are processed," the user added. Another user shared a photo from the Patna passport office showing the overcrowding in the place. It must be noted that the Passport Seva Kendra offices are reportedly facing the server down issue and not its official website. @passportsevamea sir, I had passport appointment at Bhubaneswar passport office yesterday but due to server issue it couldn't be done. I have my tickets booked. No help from passport office. Kindly help. At least we should be asked to come on next day.
