Prayagraj Students Protest: Yogi Adityanath Directs UPPSC to Conduct PCS Preliminary Exam in Single Day
Following student protests in Prayagraj, UP CM Yogi Adityanath has directed the UPPSC to hold the PCS Preliminary Examination 2024 in a single day. He urged the Commission to coordinate with students, while a committee has been formed to review the RO/ARO Examination process, with a report expected soon.
In response to student protests in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) to conduct the PCS Preliminary Examination 2024 in a single day. Acknowledging students’ demands, Adityanath urged the Commission to engage in dialogue with the students to address their concerns. Additionally, the UPPSC has formed a committee to review the RO/ARO (Pre.) Examination 2023. This committee will examine all relevant factors and submit a detailed report soon, according to the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO).
