New Delhi, September 29: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday slammed the Centre after a report claimed that more than 100 Chinese troops transgressed into Indian territory in Uttarakhand on August 30 and damaged some infrastructure in the area, including a bridge. Contrary to the government's claim, Rahul Gandhi said, China is killing on Indian territory.
