Journalist Rana Ayyub on Thursday, September 19, said her WhatsApp account has been hacked. In a post on Instagram, Rana Ayyub said that she had received a text from her friend's mobile number whose WhatsApp was also hacked. "Because she is a dear friend I did not suspect any hacking. I passed on the OTP to her number and now my WhatsApp has been hacked," she wrote. She urged people not to respond to OTP request from her mobile number ending with 88.
