A video surfaced on social media that shows Rayees Mattoo waving the Tricolour from the window of his home. When asked about hoisting the tricolour, Rayees said, "I waved the Tiranga from my heart. There was no pressure from anyone. Saare jahaan se achha Hindustan hamara, hum bulbule hain iske ye gulistan hamara." Rayees was seen following the trend "Har Ghar Tiranga", set by PM Narendra Modi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi Saturday urged citizens to take part in the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' movement between August 13 to 15.
