Leader of Opposition in the Rajasthan Assembly, Tika Ram Jully, met with an accident near Bhandarej on Wednesday night when his car hit a nilgai (blue bull) on the road. Jully sustained a minor fracture on his left hand and was taken to the district hospital following the accident. He was going from Alwar to Jaipur when the incident occurred on June 5.
